Lemon Thyme Syrup
The unmistakable lemon thyme is born from two different species of the thyme plant. It adds the acidic aroma of citrus to the tonic benefits of thyme, an aromatic herb with invigorating properties. If you appreciate less sweetness, try increasing the recommended dilution, in plain or sparkling water. To preserve all the quality of these syrups, the bottles should be stored in a dry and cool place. Always shake before opening and then store in the refrigerator. It should be drunk fresh. As Eça de Queiroz used to say, "And go for refreshment!"
